DOLAN WILLIAMS - Associate Pastor

If you were to ask Dolan what he is most proud of over the course of his life, he would without hesitation describe the gift of his family. He married his best friend, Kristen, in 2001.   Together they have a precious daughter, Savannah, and a little boy, Noah. Life is good!

 

Having a heart for the only thing on earth that has eternal value—relationships, he enjoys helping people to grow in their relationship with God and each other.  Dolan is currently working in private practice in Raleigh and Wilson as a Clinical Therapist providing mental health services for individuals and families.  As an associate minister here at our church, Dolan trains Care Group leaders and oversees the Care Group ministry, oversees community care programs such as DivorceCare, and DivorceCare for Kids, serves on the teaching staff, as well as fills in for the pastor when called upon.  Working with the people at Pikeville Church has helped him and his family to grow in their personal spiritual journey.  Dolan and Kristen count it all joy to serve with these people!

 

Dolan received an associate’s degree in Pastoral ministry and completed the ordination process at Heritage Bible College in Dunn, NC.  He then went on to receive a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Campbell University.   Continuing his education, he received a Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from ECU and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

 

In his spare time, Dolan enjoys being in the woods with a paintball gun!
