Dr. Don Sauls, Senior Pastor

 

Pastor Don is a gifted communicator and teacher with a passion for speaking practical, relevant messages that equip and inspire. He is the lead preacher and responsible for leading all the staff and ministries of Pikeville Church. He is featured weekly on the television ministry “Here’s Life.”

 

Before coming to Pikeville in June 1996, Pastor Don served for 12 years as the General Superintendent of his denomination. Prior to that, he served eight-year tenure as a pastor, and then served as denominational director youth and education. He taught educational and theology courses at years at Heritage Bible College for more than 20 years.

 

Pastor Don is a North Carolina native. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University, and Holmes Theological Seminary.

 

He is married to Marie and they have two children, Donna Mooring and Dale Sauls, and four grandchildren. Pastor Don enjoys serving people and is involved in his community outside of the church. His favorite activity is spending lots of time with his family.
