SEEKING CONNECTION with God through his Word….

SERVING OTHERS with our spiritual gifts, life experiences and opportunities….
SAVING LIVES for the glory of God.” – Pastor Mark

PASTOR JORDAN PORTELA
Worship Pastor
When I began to play guitar at the age of 12, I quickly came to the realization that I could do one of two things… use it for God, or use it against Him. From that, I truly believed that God was calling me into ministry.
Over the last few years, I have served the calling on my life through various avenues and opportunities musically.
Through these outlets, God lit a fire in me to begin preparing for this next step. With renewed vigor and with careful prayer, I took this step and joined the Pikeville Church family.

I have been married to my lovely wife Rylee, since September 17, 2016. She is an incredible blessing to me, supporting me in whatever God leads me to do. Where I dream, she aids me in planning, proving how God steps in where we are weak.
We are excited, and we look forward to Serving and Worshipping our God Together!
